The Campaign Performance Dashboard helps users track and analyze marketing campaigns' effectiveness based on different Channel Types (SMS, Email, Message). It provides detailed insights into campaign performance metrics, and conversions.

How to Use the Dashboard
Select the Performance Type: Choose Send, Click, or Read（ In-App Message only） to analyze different stages of the campaign.
Set the Attribution Day: Define how many days after the campaign the conversion is attributed.
Filter by Campaign Name, Channel Type, and Date Range: Refine data based on your needs.

Scenario
User A clicks the SMS link on February 2 and makes a deposit on February 3.
Attribution Result: Since the message was sent on February 1, and the deposit was made within 7 days from the send date (February 1 - February 7), the deposit is attributed to the February 1 campaign.
User B makes a deposit on February 8.
Attribution Result: Since the deposit was made after the 7-day window (February 8 is beyond February 1-7), it is not attributed to the February 1 campaign.
Key Metrics & Definitions
Send
The total number of messages sent within the user-defined date range.
Click Count
The number of tracked clicks on links included in SMS, Email, or Inbox Messages. This includes clicks that occurred within the selected date range plus the attribution period.
Send to Click Conversion %
Click Count ÷ Send Count × 100%.
Login User Count
The number of users who logged in. Logins occurring within the selected date range and the attribution period are included.
Bet Amount
The total bet amount placed by users. This includes bets made within the selected date range plus the attribution period.
Deposit Amount
The total amount deposited by users. This includes deposits made within the selected date range plus the attribution period.
Withdraw Amount
The total amount withdrawn by users. This includes withdrawals within the selected date range plus the attribution period.
Net Deposit
Deposit Amount - Withdraw Amount.
Deposit Count
The number of deposits made by users. This includes deposits within the selected date range plus the attribution period.
Withdraw Count
The number of times users withdrew money. This includes withdrawals within the selected date range plus the attribution period.
Gross Game Revenue (GGR)
Company profit loss = (win amount - bet amount)*-1
Bonus Amount
The total bonus received by the player within the attribution period.
Net Deposit to GGR Ratio
Net Deposit ÷ Gross Game Revenue × 100%.
Conversion
This report is used to analyze the user behavior funnel from sending (Send) to final conversion (Conversion) and calculate the conversion rates at each stage.
Field Definitions
Send：The number of sent messages, representing how many messages were pushed to users.
Click Count：The number of times users clicked on the message, representing how frequently they interacted with the message.
Login User Count：The number of users who logged in within the selected reporting period, regardless of whether they clicked the link.
Conversion Metric ：The final conversion count or amount, depending on the selected calculation type (e.g., deposit, bet, withdraw).
Send to Click Conversion % = (Click Count ÷ Send) × 100%
The conversion rate from message send to click, showing how many users clicked on the message.
Click to Login Conversion % = (Login User Count ÷ Click Count) × 100%
The conversion rate from click to login, indicating how many users successfully logged in after clicking. However, since Login User Count includes all logins within the reporting period, this number may be inflated.
Login to Conversion % = (Conversion Metric ÷ Login User Count) × 100%
The conversion rate from login to conversion, showing how many logged-in users completed the final conversion (e.g., deposit).
Performance
Chart Display Controls
Users can toggle Show Bet, Show Deposit, and Show Withdrawal to control whether these data points appear in the chart.
Selecting True will display the respective data, while False will hide it.
Choose Conversion Calc. Type
allows users to select how the data is calculated.
Date Grain of Trend
determines the granularity of the trend data in the chart.

This table lists the details of each campaign that meets the selected criteria, helping users analyze the performance of specific campaigns.
