You can select specific segments within all members through static or dynamic conditions.
Segments let you automatically update the segments according to actual user status based on the events and attributes you set. To filter, you can enter a name in the filter at the top to search.
Status Description
Green Status: The segment is functioning correctly, and all conditions are valid.
This indicates that the segment has no issues and can be used as expected.
Red Status: The segment contains conditions that are no longer usable.
This happens when one or more conditions are invalid due to changes in configuration or data availability.
Orange Status: Some metrics used in the segment's conditions are scheduled to be sunset.
This serves as a warning that certain conditions may stop working in the future and require updates.

By clicking the icon with three vertical dots (⋮) next to any segment in the Segment table, users can access a dropdown menu containing several options for managing and interacting with that specific segment. These options include Pin on Top, View Details, Duplicate, Delete, and Export.
Function Descriptions
Pin on Top
Description: This option allows users to pin the selected segment to the top of the table for easy access and prioritization.
Usage: Once pinned, the segment remains at the top of the list regardless of sorting order.
Unpin: To remove the pin, simply select Unpin from the dropdown menu.
2. View Details
Description: Opens a detailed view of the selected segment. Users can review all associated conditions, campaigns, and audience information.
Usage: Use this option to dive deeper into the specifics of a segment's configuration and performance.
3. Duplicate
Description: Creates a copy of the selected segment, allowing users to modify and reuse it without altering the original segment.
Usage: Ideal for creating variations of an existing segment while preserving the original configuration.
4. Delete
Description: Permanently removes the selected segment from the system.
Usage: Be cautious, as deleted segments cannot be recovered. Ensure the segment is no longer needed before selecting this option.
5. Export
Description: Exports the segment data for external use. Users can choose the specific fields to include in the export, such as User ID, VIP Level, or Email.
Usage:
Click Export.
Select the desired data fields from the list.
Click Export to download the file.
Clicking the view button allows you to see the configuration details of this segment.
