Can precisely target specific segments at specific times or when specified events occur, sending SMS, mail, messages to reach players.

Campaign Status
Your campaign can have the following statuses:

Scheduled
This means the campaign has been created and is scheduled to start at a specific time in the future. The system is preparing for execution.
Active
This indicates that the campaign is currently running. The system is actively sending the corresponding content to the users who meet the defined conditions.
Pausing
The campaign is in the process of being paused. The system is currently executing the necessary steps to stop the campaign.
Paused
The campaign is temporarily stopped. The system will not send any content while the campaign is in this state. It can be resumed if needed.
Completed
This status indicates that the campaign has finished running. All content has been sent, and the campaign is now closed.
Error
The campaign encountered an issue and cannot proceed as expected.

Filter

You can filter by Name, Channel, and status to find specific campaigns.

View Icon

Click the view icon on the right side of the campaign to view the settings of that campaign.

Download Campaign Recipient List

Click Download icon in Campaign Detail to export the recipient list of the campaign.

Availability rules:

For one-time campaigns, the recipient list will be available for download approximately 6 hours after sending.
For recurring, scheduled, or trigger-based campaigns, the recipient list will be available approximately 24 hours after execution.

Time reference:

The selectable download time options are based on the system time configured for the campaign’s currency in Tiresias.

Please note that the download will only be available once the recipient list has been fully processed.

Date Selection Modes:

Select range: Download recipients within a continuous date range.
Select date: Download recipients by selecting specific dates. Multiple dates can be selected and do not need to be consecutive.

Download Limit:

A maximum of 14 days can be selected per download, whether the dates are continuous or non-continuous.
The 14-day download limit is designed to ensure stable processing performance and consistent data quality during export.

The "•••" button on the right side of the campaign lets you copy, pause, restart, or delete the campaign. What you can do depends on the campaign's current status.

Message Preview

The Message Preview feature was officially launched on December 16, 2025.

For campaigns created or updated on or after this date, a Message Preview section will be displayed in the lower-right area of the campaign details page, allowing users to quickly preview the actual message content sent to players.

How to use

Hover your mouse over the Message Preview section
Click View
The message content will be enlarged for a full preview, including the final text and formatting

Notes

Campaigns created and completed before December 16, 2025 will not display the Message Preview section
This is expected system behavior due to the feature’s launch timing and is not caused by missing data or incorrect settings
To review message content for older campaigns, please refer to the original message template or historical sending records
