Before setting up a Campaign, you must first configure your Email or SMS service provider on the Email and SMS Service page to ensure that messages can be sent successfully.
Select Filter Criteria
Users can use the "Field Name" dropdown menu to filter records based on:
Display Name – Filter by service name
Platform – Filter by platform (e.g., SendGrid, Twilio)
Creator – Filter by the user who created the service
Update By – Filter by the last user who updated the record
Enter Search Keywords
Simply type keywords in the Search Text field, and the system will automatically filter and display matching results—no need to click a search button.
How to Set
Select a Provider
In the Service ID dropdown menu, select the provider you want to set as the default.
Save the Selection
Once selected, the system will automatically set this provider as the default option, and future sending operations will prioritize this service provider.
Select Email or SMS from the "Service Type" dropdown menu to specify the type of sending account.
The options in the Platform field come from a predefined list of service providers set up in the BO.
After clicking the Confirm button, the system will validate the input and save the new account to the sending account list.
If a new service provider has been added in the BO, please refresh the page to see the updated platform list.
