Create a Campaign
On the Personalized Marketing page, click on "create" in the top right corner.
After entering the campaign name and currency, select the specified segment (up to five) under Recipients, and choose a single channel under Channel.
⚠️ Note: Campaign names must be unique across all currencies.
For example, if a Campaign named test1 already exists under BDT, you will not be able to use test1 again under VND or any other market.
Once the above settings are configured, you can click the "Estimated" button to estimate the approximate number of recipients.
❗ An email/SMS/Message is sent out in 1-minute maximum. This duration might vary depending on the recipiebts volume.
Next, you will enter the content editor for the specified channel, where you can input the designated content. Alternatively, you can click on the templates above to apply them directly.
If you want to save the content as a template for future use, please open the "Save as a template" option at the bottom left.
Upon proceeding to the next step, you will arrive at the send time section. Please first select the time zone for sending. You can choose between one-time delivery, fixed intervals, or sending upon triggering specific actions.
If it's not a one-time activity, you can set the frequency of receiving.
❗ The trigger time for real-time event tracking is constrained by the system's batch execution, which occurs every 10 minutes. Therefore, the maximum time lag between when an "event occurs" and when it is "actually triggered" could be close to 10 minutes.
❗ Before setting up a Campaign, you must first configure your Email or SMS service provider on the Email and SMS Service page to ensure that messages can be sent successfully.
