Step 1: Create a Campaign

1. Click the + Create Campaign button.

Step 2: Select Channel

1. Enter your Campaign Name.

2. Under Channel, select Bonus.

3. Choose your Recipients and click Estimate Recipients to preview the list.

Step 3: Configure Bonus Settings

1. Select a Bonus Code

   • Choose a bonus template (Template ID/Bonus Code/Title) from the available list.
     📌 Only templates pre-configured in the BO (Back Office) for CDP use will be available.

📎 If a suitable template is available, you can directly select and apply it to this campaign.

2. (Optional) Enable Bonus Distribution Cap

   • Check this option to set a limit for the total amount of bonus distributed in this campaign. (1~9,999,999.99)
     📌 Use this if you want to control the overall campaign budget. The system will prevent total bonus payout from exceeding this cap.

3. Choose a Event Type

1. • Fixed Amount Bonus
     Each player will receive the same fixed bonus amount (e.g. 100 units).

1. • Progressive Amount Bonus
     You can define multiple bonus tiers based on trigger counts.
     📌 Up to 20 trigger levels can be added.

1. • Dynamic Calculated Bonus
     The bonus is calculated based on player behavior ( Deposit / Bet / Turnover / Loss).
     You can configure percentage-based logic, filtering criteria, and min/max payout amount.

     • Calculation Range (Important)

     • The system counts qualifying transactions (Deposit, Bet, Turnover, Loss) from 00:00 of the same day up to 30 minutes before the trigger time.

     • Any transactions within the last 30 minutes before the trigger are excluded, regardless of type.

     • Example:

If the trigger time is 14:07, the calculation window is 00:00 ~ 13:37.

Transactions (Deposit / Bet / Turnover / Loss) between 13:37 and 14:07 are not included in the calculation.

1. • • Status Filtering (Only settled/approved records are counted)

       • Deposit → only STATUS_ID = 2 (Approved)

       • Bet → only SYSTEM_TXN_STATUS_ID = 1 (SETTLED)

       • Turnover → only SYSTEM_TXN_STATUS_ID = 1 (SETTLED)

       • Loss → only SYSTEM_TXN_STATUS_ID = 1 (SETTLED)

4.(Optional) Save as a Template

1. • If you’d like to reuse the same bonus configuration in the future, click Save as a template on the top right to store your current setup as a reusable template.

Step 4: Set Campaign Launch Time 

1. Select your Time Zone.

2. Choose one of the following Launch Types:

• • ⏰ Specific Time

    • Set the campaign to start and end at specific times.

    • Set the Start and End time of the campaign.

    • You may check the box for Starts Now to launch immediately.

  • 🔁 Recurring

    • Use repeated scheduling to send bonuses regularly.

      • Supports Daily, Weekly, and Monthly repeat scheduling.

      • Set the Trigger Time and selected days if recurring.

      • Configure Frequency Capping to limit delivery per user.

  • ⚡ By Trigger

    • Trigger the campaign based on events.
