If you typically target your campaigns to a specific user group and wish to consistently reach the same segment, you can create custom segments to engage your users based on defined segmentation criteria.
Click the "create" button in the upper right corner to enter the creation process.
*Users with view permissions do not have this functionality.
2. Please be sure to enter the name of the segment.
⚠️ Note: Segment names must be unique across all currencies.
For example, if a segment named test1 already exists under BDT, you will not be able to use test1 again under VND or any other market.
⚠️ Explanation
A Segment must have at least 1 Condition set, and can have up to 10 Conditions created.
A Segment can have a maximum of 3 Containers, and each Container must contain 2 conditions.
Additional Parameters can be filtered, and a Condition can have up to 2 entries added.
3. Target Audience
Before creating, you can use the Target Audience feature to estimate how many people can be included in this segment.
⚠️ Aggregation Functions Explanation
Count: Counts the total number of records in the selected field, including duplicates.
Distinct Count:Counts the number of unique values in the selected field, excluding duplicates.
Avg:Calculates the average value of the selected field.
Sum:Adds up all the values in the selected field.
Min :Returns the minimum value of the selected field. If applied to a date or time field, it returns the earliest date or time.
Max :Returns the maximum value of the selected field. If applied to a date or time field, it returns the latest date or time.
