View the membership status, characteristics, and recent events and timings of specific behavior of a designated player.

What does the Profile offer?

In Tiresias, the profile page feed aggregates content from various sources, including web, mobile, and campaign interactions. Upon implementation, Tiresias creates a player profile for every user visiting your website or application. You can access this comprehensive profile information on the Profiles page by clicking on the user you wish to view.

You must enter a User ID to search. Without it, the system won’t know which profile to look for.

When you click on a user profile, you can view all the details about the user under profile view. This page offers a comprehensive 360-degree insight into the user's interactions.

Personal Information
Personal Information displays the following details about a user :

User’s default and custom attributes.  Custom attributes can be attributes collected from emails, CRM attributes, and mobile custom attributes.

Segment

This section displays the groups that the user has been segmented into through the Segment feature.

AI Model Tag
The AI Smart Tags feature is designed to categorize users based on specific rules, allowing them to quickly identify their assigned segments.

This section also emphasizes the flexible application of tags, leveraging diverse data sources and configurable conditions to ensure accuracy in reflecting user characteristics, ultimately enhancing their value and decision-making efficiency. Read more...

Player Journey

This section displays several key behaviors of the user, including deposit, withdraw, bet, and bonus.

Current: Refers to the selected period in the Date Range dropdown at the top right
Past: Refers to the automatically calculated previous period, shown as Past Start – Past End
Improve Rate: The rate of change from Past → Current, calculated by this formula:

Improve Rate = (Current - Past) / Past × 100
